Terms and Conditions

You can return the game to Miami Board Games, LLC within 30 days after your purchase, as long as the game is either unopened or if shrink-wrap is removed that the game be free from any damage in resalable condition with all original items. Customer pays all shipping charges and must provide a tracking number to info-at-couplicious.com (Replace ‘-at-‘ with the ‘@’ symbol) prior to shipping. To return the game, please send the game along with proof of date of purchase (e.g. receipt) to:

No games shall be accepted for return without proof of purchase. Please note that return shipments shall be at the customer’s expense. You should insure the shipment as appropriate because you are responsible for the product until it arrives at Miami Board Games. 

Miami Board Games, LLC also warrants that its products shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below for 30 days following your purchase of the game. No warranty, expressed or implied, is made regarding any product’s merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

This warranty does not cover any defect, malfunction or failure that occurs as a result of: misuse or failure to follow the product directions; abuse. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

If your game is defective, you must contact Miami Board Games, LLC by email at info-at-couplicious.com (Replace ‘-at-‘ with the ‘@’ symbol). You must include your name, address, email address, telephone number, and date of purchase. If the problem appears to be related to a defect in material or workmanship, Miami Board Games will provide you a return authorization number and instructions for return shipment. All returns under this warranty must be in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Return shipments shall be at the customer’s expense. You should insure the shipment as appropriate because you are responsible for the product until it arrives at our fulfillment facility.
